Winding Hills Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole executive golf course located in Montgomery, New York.
Winding Hills Golf Club first opened for play in 1997. The course was designed by Steve Esposito.
The course plays to a par-57. Fifteen of the holes are par-3s and 3 holes are par-4s. The course measures 2,595 yards The longest hole is #6, a par-4 that measures 274 yards. The shortest hole is #17, a par-3 that plays to just 75 yards.
Don't let the yardage fool you, the course is a challenge and the conditioning is on par with a championship course.

I don't live in the area, but get to play this course once or twice a year when I come up to visit. I've been playing it since it opened. It is always in immaculate condition, and the staff that works there is very friendly. The greens are quick, with quite a bit of break and tough to read when you only play it once or twice a year. It is a very good challenge for a short course, and if you miss the greens, you have to have a very good short game to save par.
